I’m Jennifer Wilson and I specialize in helping adults of all ages just like you who have it within themselves to overcome anxiety and improve their relationships so they can have more joy in life.
With over 27 years of experience and ongoing investments in specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) I have the expertise you need and deserve when you are overwhelmed or stuck in unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaving.

I get it. In the past I have struggled with insecurities, worries and difficulties with healthy communication and relationships. I have had periods of feeling really lost or sad at times when I didn’t know what to do to feel better. I have since learned many ways of understanding and strengthening myself from the inside out. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist, you’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
I help my clients build compassion, hope, and happiness by equipping them with the tools they need to learn how to better understand things and cope with confidence.

How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief that with the right help, each of us is capable of creating change and joy.
Many of today’s approaches for anxiety and relationship work are too lengthy or missing something, leading so many to feel like they are not making real progress. That’s why I developed skills to help clients connect with me and get to work early on in the process.
I know that you and your circumstances are unique, so I draw from a diverse tool kit of therapeutic modalities tailored to you and always with a personalized achievable goal in mind.
First, we will create a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly to see what is causing your anxiety, sadness, or problems with others. Then, we work towards building resilience, developing effective coping strategies, and ultimately, achieving meaningful improvements in your overall well-being.
